For destinations it is increasingly more important to know their guests digitally. Direct communication with (potentials) guests, personalized offers and user data that is compliant with data security are a divisive requirement for the future. Guest Cards offer a significant added value for guests. Its integration into the digital strategy gains relevance for the destination and is thus part of Outdooractive’s digital holistic solution, the Destination Suite.

Seamless integration of all common card systems. The guest data are integrated into the data system of the destination to offer maximum service. Whether the card is in credit card format, based on modern RFID technology, as a paper print or as a smartphone app.

More service and comfort for guests

With the integration of the Guest Card into the native Destination App, the guest is enabled to check-in digitally: state-of-the-art service like at the airport. Due to the integration of the card to the Outdooractive database, the included services can be assigned to POIs. The guest thus not only receives a digital overview of the services available, but automatically creates a personal, digital holiday diary for the visited performance POIs.
